The first step in our process is to meet with our clients and have an initial consultation to assess and discuss the desired goal and scope of the project. We work closely with our clients to come up with a plan and idea that meets their needs.
Once we have established the desired outcomes of the project, we begin the design and creation process. We use a variety of technologies and processes to create an audio video solution that meets the needs of our clients. We then provide our clients with a design and layout of the project and make any necessary adjustments until both parties are in agreement.
Once the design and layout are finalized, we begin the build and installation process. We use the latest technologies and techniques to ensure a professional and reliable audio video integration. We make sure the project is installed and functioning properly before moving on to the next step.
The final step in our process is to provide tutorial and training services to our clients. This includes providing detailed instruction on how to use the audio video system as well as on-going support and guidance in the event of any issues or questions to ensure our clients are making the most of their audio video system.

In 2008 or 2009, we got a much fancier high-end home theater set up than we could take full advantage of or even understand how to troubleshoot. Oscar set up the system and got it all programmed, then reprogrammed it when Control4 updated their software. He successfully worked around the problem when the HDMI cable in the wall died. That, and many other issues came up which he never failed handle no matter what it involved.
